Volunteer Boat Cruise
August 26th 5:30 to 9:00 pm Harbour Green Dock - foot of Bute Street at Cordova
Boarding 5:30 to 5:50 sharp - boat leaves the dock at 6pm. Late arrivals will be left behind with no refund available.
Cruising 6:00 to 9:00
The Motor Vessel Hornblower is located in the Harbour Green Dock at the foot of Bute Street at Cordova. Parking is available at the Coal Habour Community Centre, north of Cordova between Broughton (surface parking on this side) and Jervis (underground parking this side). The parking is a 5 minute walk from the Harbour Green dock. The dock is 3 blocks west of Waterfront Station.
A complimentary dinner and one drink ticket will be provided, and there is a cash bar service on board as well. The cruise will take place, rain or shine. Please allow a significant amount of time to find parking, and be at the dock as close to 5:30 as possible for registration and boarding. The boat must depart at 6:00 sharp.
We must provide the final payment for the cruise by Tuesday, August 16th.
We would like you to choose one of the two entree options beforehand, so please register for either the Vegetarian (Lasagna) option or the non-Vegetarian (Salmon) option.

Refunds:
When you come on the cruise, we refund the deposit the next morning.
If you cancel any time up to 10 days prior to sailing (August 16th) we will refund the deposit.
After August 16th we pay for everyone who is registered, so after that date, we will not refund your deposit. The cost to the Chapter for each meal is $40, which is why we chose the $40 deposit amount.
